  All that was broken was a $2 capacitor (whih is what amazon charges). Here i am a week later and $1000 poorer with a WAY less better working AC then i was after this $2 piece was replaced. They have been out 4 times this week, one felon after the other. One installed a "thermostat that was broken from the factory" and then he LITERALLY installed my fan backwards then blamed it on my unit for not working and stormed out. The customer service is rude and thinks your wrong. I will be disputing my charges with the credit card company and the BBB.
