  Atlantic Pacific Management was only one year in charge of The Regency Tower Condominium in Miami Beach. That was enough time for them, together with an irresponsible board of directors, to destroy our building.
  The manager Elle Olacio with her boss Guido Gordillo were very negligent in the administration. The cleaning and maintenance of the building were the worst in years. It is a very expensive company that did not defend the money and interests of the owners.
  Enough elements not to be recommended.
