  Walking into Carl's Patio in Boca Raton was an amazing experience. Carl's showroom display featured the kind of high end quality, design and durability we were seeking for our new Lanai. We were greeted and treated throughout the purchase process in a most professional manner by Micheala. Micheala offered to come to our home to do an assessment and space plan design for us to ensure we purchased exactly what we needed and not more. She didn't just know her products. It did not take us long to learn about her excellent design and customer interface skills. She was very patient and definitely not hard sell. She is a pro! She brought with her all of the resource materials and samples we needed to help us with our "buy" decision. The furniture arrived as promised and was delivered and installed by an excellent delivery team who took the time to place everything for us and with a smile. The entire experience was as good as it gets! We have been back several times since to purchase covers and other accessory items that gave us the finished look we wanted. Not only is the result great looking, but far and away, the most comfortable furniture of any supplier we surveyed.
